NIGHTTIME SKIN ROUTINE

Double cleansing Is key. First use an oil cleanser to remove product build up and debris and to lock In moisture. Then follow up with a gel/ foaming face wash to complete the cleanse.

Be gentle when scrubbing! Be tender and let the products do the work. Choose a less abrasive exfoliant to remove dead skin cells and excess debris.

After cleansing and exfoliating and applying toner, be sure to keep the delicate skin under and around the eyes hydrated with a soothing, cooling eye cream or under-eye mask to brighten and hydrate the area, getting rid of puffiness, fine lines and dark circles.

Apply a serum dedicated to resurfacing and renewing the skin as you sleep. Do this on most nights of the week. 2-3x per week for beginners and anyone new to vitamin A. (Caution: refrain from applying during the daytime)

Most Importantly use a quality moisturizer, with good barrier protection as final step. This will keep skin moisturized and hydrated for smoother texture and fewer blemishes in the morning.
